Car Craft’s Magnum Force
Magnum Force is the most famous of all Magnums. It began life as Car Craft subscription give-a-way in the late 70s. Rumor is that is ended life wrapped around a tree in the 80s. Click on the below thumbnails to see full-size scans of the actual stories — as ran in Car Craft.
For year the car was rumored to have been wrecked in the 80s — but in 2004 I was contacted by the young man who owned the car. It is very rusty and painted pink and aqua. Sadly, it doesn’t look like this car will ever be able to be restored.
